Living wage, sick leave, 3 weeks vacation to start, special leave that can be taken for things like your birthday,family/household emergency, benefits, vacation cash payout; the max you can be paid our is one weeks worth - which is pretty nice because that still leaves you with 2 weeks vacation to take. opportunity for advancement, mentoring or find a mentor. once you begin to navigate and adjust to only working with women and for women - there is loads of opportunities for personal growth should you choose to take advantage.
