The work environment is great if you are part of the clique. It can be hard to gauge. It starts off very positive as part of the ATCO family and declines. There are unspoken rules of conduct. Toxic behaviors are still allowed to continue even when brought up to HR.
While ATCO tries to change, adapt and go forward it is frustrating to figure out and still do your work. Management is still very siloed.
