Eliminate the toxic parts of the culture that remain. This is from and including the Board of Directors downward. Eliminate the practice of hiring friends and family which still exists including Board, and all levels of management. Many of Engineers are over-paid project managers who do very little engineering but draw high salaries. Quit outsourcing and develop the people employed and get them to do what they were trained to do. They need to really be an EPC company and not just have the appearance of one.
I would quit rewarding those who do as little as possible to get by and the micromanagers who hold back the company. Rebalance workloads and give better work life balance to all employees instead of a select few.
Dismiss 60% from the board, sr. management, management and down to field supervisors. Remove "woke" culture. Remove union. Dismiss trouble employees and excess field staff. Rebuild company with new vision, work practices and work culture. Incentivize performance and innovations with bonuses and shares to employees.
