I never got any meaningful feedback for anything at Atco. Questions were never answered. Often told we will revisit the question but never did.
This depends on who you are working for. Very often it is second or third hand rather than having an honest conversation. Often told to ask questions or contact people with concerns those concerns are either ignored or have very delayed responses that do not address the issues.
