Fun Workplace

Asurion is generally a good place to work. It is pretty much 90% remote now, and there are advancement opportunities. They want you to always be productive, so as most call centers they do still treat you as a number if you don't perform the way they want you to.

Okay place to work

Thay lack communication and very short notice when business changes are happening so it gives you no time to adjust your outside work life to get adjusted to the new changes. You get more raise by doing nothing and if you work hard you will get paid less.

Your average call center, not as good as some other call centers in the area, depending on which department you get.

The cell phone insurance was fairly unorganized (bell/other store employees not going over t&c and customer blindly agreeing to them equals angry callers) I wouldn't suggest working in that department unless alot has changed. I've heard other departments weren't so bad.
