There are a lot of problems, priorities are an issue but for a contact center it is a better one. Mos tof the complication come from an inability to remove dead weight. It is very difficult to get fired from here.

One of the best call centers there is in montreal by far. Great staff and very friendly. Sometimes the management is off because they dont communicate enough but nonetheless good if you like a steady job with good benefits.
