Stressful
Lack of communication was my biggest concern. Placed in positions not interested in due to service levels. Work holidays and snow storms. They don't address negativity from emplyees very well

Great place to work
Best place to work ever. Training is easy and trainers are excellent. The environment is great however when looking to advance, it does not happen very often, even with good credentials. It’s like a popularity group among management and nobody else fits in.

Terrible job i have ever had
Worst experience ever i have had at any job. I don’t even know the reason also I didn’t get any verbal or written notice of that. Normally, every company should provide 3 notices before terminate any employee. Poor and terrible management also they don’t care for their employees and customers. Focusing more into making sales than customer service and resolve their issues. Unsupportive staff and managers. Also they don’t even provide better equipment to work

Typical Call Center
Very typical call center, nothing outstanding, management usually sucked, but had a few good people trying to do their best with not much. Got worse as management got more corporate.
