What advice would you give the CEO of Assured Automotive Collision about how to improve the company?
Know what is going on at other shops. Have some sort of incentive in place like bonuses and Christmas parties. Review the employees you have in management positions more often so you can actually know how happy the workers are. Pay attention to your technicians and what they are saying, without them you have no income. Pay your employees more.
Assured allows its technicians to have flexible hours and have a good work life balance. I am now making more money than my previous work place and working less hours.
You should wear earplugs see you don't hear all the b******* and promises that you're not ever going to get
In Sudbury location they will sink.. to many employees bridges are being burnt to small of a city to be doing that limited population...
