Good
Good envioenwmnt and awesome to work at. Recommend to all. I like working there and it’s filled with good people who are great at their job. And everyday is a new challenge Claims Associate in Kingston, ON

Not for me
Your coworkers were great management didn’t care about you unless you were really good friends with them or kissing there butt. Working from home due to COVID there’s no support and you were always getting yelled at my customers and management didn’t care if you were struggling. They just basically told you suck it up and move on. Customer Service in Kingston, ON

Worst job in the world.
Most employees don’t last through training and if they do they quit within a week or so. Biggest turn over of employees I’ve ever seen. Always being yelled at. Ripping people off is your job. Claims Associate in Kingston, ON

Overworked and Underpayed
Not very many people will stay with this company and very poor communication within this organization. Management needs to learn that their employees are their greatest asset and instead of giving them company swag, food and candy, pay them a decent wage so that they can afford a better lifestyle. People are afraid to speak up since they feel they will be punished in one way or another. Alot of favoritism therefore this is not a company where you can grow your career unless you are one of mangements favorite employee. Constant computer software issues and no time allowed regarding your stats to compensate for these issues. If you are serious about your career find yourself a better company to work for. What would you say about your employer?
