Get ready to work with lack of support

Your peers are great but management is lacking. They require more training. Anyone can be a manager, but not everyone can manage. The pay rate is not liveable and there are limited opportunities for growth. My peers were absolutely fantastic and they were my support system. You need to be available to work at all hours and the work is extremely repetitive.

Accommodating and supportive workplace

It's okay

Quite often you deal with ridiculous people with ridiculous requests, sometimes the money isn't worth it. Management seems to be approachable but are often not helpful

No work life balance. They don’t approve PTO then force you to take them when you don’t want it or you will lose it. The management is the worst. Worst place to work. During training they will make you feel like they care, but they don’t. They over hire because they know most of the people won’t stick with them. Only some who really need a job stay with them.
