Great sense of family among coworkers. I enjoyed the work I did however I was not making enough money.
Loved my coworkers and enjoyed the work I did there. Not too many opportunities for advancement and unfortunately pay was not enough to cover the cost of living in the area.

Freedom with responsibility workplace. Pretty straight-forward management.Contend with frustration in the beginning and then every thing will make sense when interfacing with professional customers. However no favouritism.

The most toxic/unprofessional management I've ever seen
I started losing my respect for the hub managers when there was a new one coming in every couple months asking for the same information that should have been available in our files (lisence #, vehicle description). Soon after the support took a nose dive and thats when you really had the feeling of you are on your own. One manager came in and actually showed us what it felt like to be treated as human beings. We were topped up to counter fuel inflation and had sorters come in to give our bodies a break. Once they were canned they retracted all the advancements that were made so we went back to making a rate that hasn't been looked at in a decade with longer hours. Once you take a look at your expenses and how many hours you're away from home, you're making way less than minimum. I lost all respect for management when we were advised to "throw our soiled tissue into the garbage to avoide clogging up the toilet". Not only was it unprofessional but a huge biohazard. You're repeatedly told you're not an employee and have no rights. If you wish to lose your soul, it's garenteed here. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars was because I enjoyed working alone on the road and met some great fellow drivers.

Productive an Fun Work Place
Absolutely loved working with who I had the chance too ! Easy, simple and quick job 😊 If you enjoy moving packages and occasional cleaning I'd definitely and highly recommend this place.
