Not the healthiest place to work
The pay is not competitive, the work environment is quite toxic and the work/life balance is pretty laughable. You are given three sick/personal days a year and that's it.
There are good parts; some of the people are great and there is always enough varied work to not get bored.
However, expectations are very high for support given. Part of the - more... problems seem to stem from quick expansion with little regard given to older stores.
Also, a lot of the workplace culture seems quite stuck in the 90s. - less
