More business services: HR, administrative assistants to support employees, IT... less overtime, promotions more than once a year and promotions given on merit- not to friends and favorites
Answered 13 March 2020Too many meetings. Everybody is involved in everything, so it takes a long time before any decision is made or before a procedure is updated. People seems respectful, polite and openminded, but it is just for the show. Very hypocrite place, anyone who is too different and speaks his mind might be put aside, while the firm moto is to promote diversity... For a young engineer: the firm is very strong in design and technology, but very weak in project management, cost control and client relationship.
