 Prepare proposal for the Federal Government of Canada and private sector client (ensure that the resumes meet the mandatory requirements, respond with each candidate to the Mandatory and Point Rated Criteria)
 Recruit, interview and follow up with candidates for active or upcoming orders
 Contact clients for upcoming requests
 Solve payroll issues when necessary
 Keep up to date about Labour laws
 Provided administrative support to the manager
 Completed files on all personnel, including completing work reference checks and obtaining required documentation from candidates
 Replaced front desk secretary while on holiday; duties included organizing weekly payroll for over 200 employees, issuing records of employment and vacation pay, and dealing with all payroll requests
