Big waste of time
CNE Walmart booth worker (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 7 September 2023
This company is highly unprofessional and every employer is ignorant. They make you waste your time signing papers, call you randomly multiple times to ask the same questions and make sure you’re going in for the useless orientation and after the orientation they go days without saying anything or giving any follow up even though they reassure everyone in the orientation that they will for sure receive a schedule. Don’t bother wasting your time with these people. They’re not serious. Go for a company that will respect you and your time.
Pros
There are no pros
Cons
It’s a big waste of time. They’re not serious about hiring people

Worst management
Event Staff (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 31 August 2023
The WORST PLACE to work, not professional at all. No job security. I was hired has a event staff to one of torontos biggest exhibition and they also called to for an orientation. After all the time that I spent now they ghosted me before even I started to work and also removed from the workforce app where I useto see my scheduleds without even letting me know. A very cheap management
Pros
I would not like to give any pros 👎
Cons
No job security

Exploitative
Casual Worker (Former Employee) - British Columbia - 26 June 2023
They are pretty good at calling and responding when they want to confirm a work schedule but they go silent and ignore every attempt at communicating or getting in touch with them when it’s the other way around and you need to clarify a payment error or mistake.
Pros
One way communication
Cons
Only care about what benefits the company

No work-life balance. Higher management SUCKS big time!!
On Site Manager (Former Employee) - Ontario - 24 May 2023
Totally useless policies, accounting sucks and so is the Account Managers. Micro management from some AMs here at Toronto office is a real turn off for working here. No matter if you need a personal day off, if it is snow storm warning, if you are sick or anything, you have to go to office when things can be easily done from remote!! Staff at Toronto head office can go for unlimited leaves during a year. PLUS they will terminate you anytime WITHOUT notice or Severance pay. Not worth working for. Wasted my time working for them.

Good place to work.
Conveyor Installer (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 17 May 2023
I have got comparatively big salary after my arriving in Canada (less than 2 month ago). Our team made the work quickly and in good quality, and we have got special dinner from our superior.
Pros
Good salary
Cons
Short terms

Not transparent with positions
Sales Associate (Current Employee) - Mississauga, ON - 29 April 2023
Terrible experience. They work with bigger companies to offer third party work. I asked multiple times if the position was permanent, and they said that it was. Well it is not, and now I have to look for another job because I can’t afford this uncertainty. If you want something temporary go for it. At your own risk.
Pros
Decent salary
Cons
They lie to you.

Great agency
Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 23 January 2023
I think the agency is good. Been working with them for some months now and it’s been okay so far. However I was underpaid for a job done and that isn’t fair

Misleading
General Labourer (Former Employee) - Hudson Bay anjou - 26 October 2022
They state weekly pay. You have to wait 4 weeks to get 1 week of pay. So you will have worked 1 month for 1 week of pay. That is insane. I worked only 3 days when I found out from the other workers from this agency that they have been there a month and received one pay. When you ask about being paid they forget who you are, however to confirm you are going to work they call you every day. The Hudson's bay is good just the pay is not or directly hire to the bay. There is no washroom for employee so you have to use to mall washroom as well as no eating area for workers so you have to go to the cafeteria. Do not work here if you can avoid it. Sad cause Hudson needs the people.

Jobs at Arrow Workforce Solutions
Terrible workplace and environment, entitlement is extraordinary and egregious among staff.
Warehouse worker (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 8 August 2022
Arrow workforce solutions is an employment agency which provides a number of jobs within warehouses and factories. As a former employee of Arrow, I can confidently say that my employment there was unsatisfactory. In fact, it was more akin to misery. Not only were hours long and gruelling, but the arrow staff were often entitled and extremely disrespectful and rude. Although the pay is good, I would not endure a job for it, especially considering how they file your taxes.

It was a challenge to get my first pay cheque
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Former Employee) - At Home - 14 July 2022
I WFH, only interacted with management when I did not get pay after 2 weeks, then had to go to an office to pick up the cheque, waited in a long line. I did start getting cheques deposited after that one time.

Poor management
Temporary Worker (Former Employee) - Ottawa, ON - 2 June 2022
Just very poor management and recruitment, told they will call and set you up with work, make you jump through hurdles to get them all the documentation they need, just for them to ignore you, very unprofessional.

Straight forward, clear communication and reliable scheduling.
CALL CENTER AGENT (Former Employee) - Mississauga, ON - 21 April 2022
There is ample support, diverse team and the roles are all clear. A typical work day can be busy but never failing to be balanced. Management is open to any necessary accommodations.

Fun culture but a high stress work environment
Recruiter (Former Employee) - Ontario - 19 February 2022
Fun culture but a high stress work environment. They go by the motto "work hard and play hard". Management is nice but deadlines are always due "yesterday"

I love them all!

If you care about yourself don’t bother
Bad pay Bad management Bad communications Bad work environment Bad job security There’s little to nothing for people at temp agencies and no one at temp agencies care about the employees. Only the money you put in their pockets. Save yourself the time and headache and go search somewhere else.
Pros
None
Cons
Everything

Very unprofessional company. Not the best agency to work for.
Fulfillment Associate (Former Employee) - Gatineau, QC - 11 January 2022
Very unprofessional company. I got hired as a fulfillment associate and was supposed to start working the following Monday. I tried reaching them for 2 days and with no call back to when I will start the orientation on Monday. Finally someone from the company called saying that I would start on Wednesday. Minimal training was provided and they told me I would work till spring, to find out from the company I was working for that my last day was the Friday after 3 weeks. They are not efficient even when it comes to communicating with their staff. The never return your calls or texts. I don't recommend that you work for this company they are not well organized or professional in anyway.
Pros
Greak pay
Cons
No contract
