They boast that they are minority owned and they will do whatever but in reality they just want to make money out of temporary associates. The management is not responsive to the employees. They are over responsive to clients and assure them more than what is possible and then sweat at end stage not being able to fulfill as promised.NO ONE cares about the temp. associates working for them. All the top management has been promoted from small positions in order to save “salary” may be. The unprofessional attitude is evident from the first day of work. They promise you that you will be promoted to whatever but at this point it’s not gonna happen.Note:This may not be the impression you’ll receive after interviewing with them. But believe me!
Oh nothing unless you are hired for top management
Below avg pay, long hours without pay, they don’t allow you to have free time, middle management people are idiots
Terrible agency, the worst. The job was okay and the pay as well but the agency was terrible. Missed hours on multiple occasions and picking up the check was really far. The staff didn't really communication with each other so basically they would say different stuff. Apparently they have a habit of missing up your hours, I would recommend that you keep track of it and have some way to confirm your hours.
Messed up hours
Don’t work here, it’s not worth it! Bad management. I accidentally did a small mistake at work, which was at Home Depot Warehouse. I got fired just a small mistake I did. Everyone makes mistakes and nobody is perfect! Arrow manager did not ask or give a full attention to what happened or did not save their employee at all. He just kicked me out because of the manager at Home Depot told him. I think it wasn’t fair to just listen to one side story.
When I started to work there me and my boyfriend got hired But they hired to many people and made us go home with 8 others left with no work they said they would pay us for the three hours of being there but it was a lie a month later still haven’t gotten paid
Not getting paid, they don’t answer the phone
honestly working at Home Depot for arrow, has got to be the worst experience of my life!!! arrow employees are so rude and unprofessional, they never answer there phones! They take everything personal once you have one argument with them & the worst part is they give you cheques instead of direct deposit, I loved working at Home Depot but I had to quit because of this agency! & whenever they place you in a workforce there is no diversity!!!!!!
they never answer calls, they’re rude, very unprofessional & ignorant
Personally I think it is a stressful place, there is alot of young people so they need to add some fun and stop being so strict on us about surveys
From my personal experience, I think personally there is alot to learn, there is many ways to learn, and it is a great experience. However, there are pros and cons to everything. I think Arrow workforce Solutions need to change their policy, because they are sending employees home if they dont make alteast one survey in an hour, it is not entirely their fault they cant get someone to speak on the phone, after all we cant force the people on the phone to stay with us. Eventhough that's their policy, why don't they find another little job to do, rather than sending kids home. If this is our job why are we getting sent home???? There should be other alternatives for these kids, like photocopying, or printing some other little job.

Working at Arrow I've had no problems with the working environment, the people that I work with are very cool people and I get to work from home once or twice a week. Weekly pay and the pay rate is great.
Weekly pay, great people to work with in small environment.
Working here at Arrow, the past few weeks has been pretty interesting. At first in any office, you would have to become accustomed to the working environment. Although was rough at the beginning, once you get into the swing of things and really understand what is expected; achieving high success in your job becomes easy.
Sitting all day
Worked at Nike through Arrow in Scarborough. Worst agency I ever worked for. They under pay you, do not deduct taxes from your cheques for three weeks, and then change your record of employment to hide this fact. Dont even bother applying for ei once your year is up, they will list you as an employee on the payroll, so you cannot collect eil. They pay by cheque old school, so most people have to pay cheque cashing fees at payday loan places, worst support, worst agency you could ever work for. Seriously, a very very dishonest company to work for.
Low pay, no support, uneducated site reps who know nothing, and will always support the client
