Great agency
I think the agency is good. Been working with them for some months now and it’s been okay so far. However I was underpaid for a job done and that isn’t fair General Labourer in Hudson Bay anjou

Misleading
They state weekly pay. You have to wait 4 weeks to get 1 week of pay. So you will have worked 1 month for 1 week of pay. That is insane. I worked only 3 days when I found out from the other workers from this agency that they have been there a month and received one pay. When you ask about being paid they forget who you are, however to confirm you are going to work they call you every day. The Hudson's bay is good just the pay is not or directly hire to the bay. There is no washroom for employee so you have to use to mall washroom as well as no eating area for workers so you have to go to the cafeteria. Do not work here if you can avoid it. Sad cause Hudson needs the people.Warehouse worker in Scarborough, ON

Terrible workplace and environment, entitlement is extraordinary and egregious among staff.
Arrow workforce solutions is an employment agency which provides a number of jobs within warehouses and factories. As a former employee of Arrow, I can confidently say that my employment there was unsatisfactory. In fact, it was more akin to misery. Not only were hours long and gruelling, but the arrow staff were often entitled and extremely disrespectful and rude. Although the pay is good, I would not endure a job for it, especially considering how they file your taxes.CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in At Home

It was a challenge to get my first pay cheque
I WFH, only interacted with management when I did not get pay after 2 weeks, then had to go to an office to pick up the cheque, waited in a long line. I did start getting cheques deposited after that one time. What would you say about your employer?
