Poor Upper Management/ My way or highway attitude.

Definitely don't rock the boat. Don't rely on anyone to have your back. Be prepared to be thrown under the bus. Most jobs are well over on labor because of poor upper management but will blame everyone on the site for this. Material procurement is an absolute joke.
