Management was really nice. Hours and pay were good. Very supportive co workers and management, everyone helps each other and gets along. Even referred a friend.

Nice team but worst management

My team folks are amazing and are the reasons that keep me staying, but I gotta say my boss, along with the head office of aroma, don’t know how to properly operate a good cafe and charge ppl expansively for no reason. The hygiene is terrible in my workplace and they change the policy like literally every week so it’s hard to sync and follow up if you leave couple weeks for vocation. The pay is pathetic and u can ignore the tip. It is only enough for those who look for an entry level job for resume and later career but not recommended for a long-term workplace.

Title says it all. Not that difficult once you get the hang of it, it just feels like no one really cares all too much about quality. Good entry job but you can't keep doing this much for 16/hr and little to no benefits
