Fun workplace
Great working atmosphere, everyone is friendly. Really enjoyed my time...everyone was focused on their work, but never pushed you around and forced you to work. You always had the willingness to help and support.Front of House Staff in Toronto, ON

Work here as a last resort.
There are lots of things to do and they expect you to do everything perfect for this little payment they offer. Some coworkers are really nice and some are extremely toxic. Lots of discrimination going on in company. They treat certain people different than others. Some people can chill at work and they can get away with it but some can't. Managers are unprofessional, can't handle stress really well. They are just trying to save money and they don't care about their employees. They think they can make you do everything they want just because they pay you 14.35 dollars for an hour. I haven't had any problems with the head office. I don't recommend working for this company. Just do it if you have no other option. BARISTA and FRONT OF HOUSE in Toronto, ON

little pay for a lot of work
I am being paid the same amount as the people I'm training. There is no incentive to continuing working here. Head office is in nearly every week, and always finds a way to yell at you for stuff that is their responsibility to manage (i.e. I once got in trouble for not having enough medium mugs... I have no way of getting the mugs?). Staff are fine but not worth the headache of this job.Kitchen Manager in Toronto, ON

We got about 30-150$ tips per month
Workplace was always understaffed. Everyone had to work long hours and therefore most felt constant stress. Head Office sucked, because they just think about money. Employees are constantly loaded with new rules, new trainings and new menu items. It leads everyone to burn out. This job is not worth for minimum wage.Cook in Oakville, ON
