Sales Associate (Current Employee) – Dawson Creek – 31 January 2014
Staff was friendly for the first little while, and then started with the drama. Talked behind your back, singled you out and treated you like a door mat. You got more done if you sent off by yourself, and the management pushed for customer service, but never helped any customers themselves. For the first little while they give you your discount, then they stop.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 16 April 2018
The managers would act in a professional but welcoming manner, this made it so that it would be easy for sales associates to approach the managers with difficulties and ask for help. I learned how to interact with customers and how to meet the customers needs. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning how to better my communication skills with co workers and customers.
