I work at ardene in truro nova scotia and i can tell you that just about every ardene is the same and no management cares about their employees

Managers think of you as replaceable. they do not care about their employees. employees are even forced to show up even if sick. even when grieving from a loss of a family member.

I do not know personally about Eaton Centre managers, but I do know mine and she's fabulous. I remember during my interview she asked me what my last manager was like and asked me a year later if she had lived up to my last one. She's kind, she's fearless, and she's honest. My district manager is the same. I'm sure you should be okay at Eaton Centre.
Working in an Ardene has its rough moments, like major price point changes or angry customers who want BOGO instead of 30% off. But I would not change my job just because of some minor step backs. It's a lot of fun. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
