Management was excellent
DZ Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON17 October 2018
Manager was always very approachable and accommodating. Customer service was the hardest part of the job since a lot of the customers can be difficult with how they speak to you and if their frustrated that they were out of ice for too long they would take it out on the driver (me) even though I had no control over the route and when they got their ice.
Pros
Independent work

great workplace
Lead Hand (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON18 July 2019
Days started off early, from 4-5AM, but they were relatively flexible when you were able to come in. Days were long depending on the demand for ice, days could last anywhere from 8 hours to 10 hours. The production staff was amazing, and they will help you make it through every shift, and teach you to use any equipment you needed.
Pros
great pay, great people
Cons
long hours

Good workplace
Operations Assistant (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON23 January 2018
Good workplace. go in and do your job. Nobody bothers you. From the moment you clock in, youre given a run down of the day. Do your job effieciently, get paid, go home and do it again.

Typical day at Arctic Glacier
Production Associate (Current Employee) –  Chatham-Kent, ON23 October 2017
At Arctic Glacier the work is tough work until you get used to it, we lift 25-40 pounds of ice and stack the ice onto a pallet. The days are long and are hard on the body but they have good people that work there and they make the days enjoyable.
Pros
good people
Cons
long days

Not great
DISPATCH SUPERVISOR (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON26 October 2012
Not much room for advancement, pay below average. Can be friendly as long as you don't voice your opinion or disagree with anything
