Overall a decent workplace for fast food

Indeed featured review

The work is fast paced and sometimes you can be understaffed but the managers and co workers are very sociable and fun to be around and the job isn’t too strenuous on slower days it’s very lax.

Don't even try - unless you're a highschool student

This place is good for highschool students ONLY, only because of flexible scheduling. If you work frontline, they will cut your hours if their sales for the day are low. You are encouraged by the manager to do "extra cleaning" if you do good with that, your reward? More extra cleaning. I work frontline and backline, been here for 2 years, as hard as anyone would work if they care about the place. Never given a raise, stayed at the minimun wage because the management is really really cheap to the bone.

alright work for part time

alright for a part time job, good team work, nice people, discount on food is nice as some of the food is very delicious and a lot more affordable with the discount, every few months the menu changes so more variety.

Pros

discount and good teamwork from team

Cons

It’s a fun place

It was a grate place to work and to get to know people from around the world. It’s best if you know more then one language since most spoke foreign languages

Great job for students. Flexible shifts

Full/Part Time employees are friendly, helpful, nice to work with. Can be stressful at real busy times, but is satisfying. Variety of shifts available

Pros

Meeting great customers, Variety of positions to work. 50% off food during shifts worked.

Cons

Some days can be very hectic and stressful when really busy. You have to be able to stay focused, and keep calm.

Fun Workplace

A typical day at work, is mainly full of fun. I've learned alot here, and it's extremely fun. The management can be a little bad at some times, but it's fun. The hardest part of the job is probably the rushes, sometimes they get extremely bad, and it gets really stressful. The most enjoyable part, is interacting with other people who maybe you wouldn't of met.

Pros

50% when you work, and on Tuesdays for people you know.

Manager is poor at organizing schedules and general things

Nice people to work with bad management hours are not really available if you need them depending if manager likes you or not but overall good experience as a first job

Very flexible workplace but environment can be socially toxic

I love my job here. It is super easy and they're very flexible with the hours but sometimes the work environment can be socially toxic. Some of the coworkers indulge in a lot of drama and gossip

Pros

Flexible hours

Cons

bad shifts

productive workplace

a typical day at work was cleaning, serving, restocking, and communicating with customers. I learnt how to handle money, properly handle unhappy customers, handle food, and keep the work environment clean and safe.I got along with management great as well as other employees. The hardest part was busy days and big rushes, the most enjoyable was the people i worked with as well as watching customers leave with a smile.

Pros

great coworkers

Cons

working with greasy food

typical fast food work, unstable managment.

An average day would be starting my shift stocking the kitchen with different ingredients like sauces, vegatables, etc. Then as the day went on I would be preparing food and cleaning or stocking in between. This eviroment needs you to be able to be reliable under pressure and be an effective multitasker and while working at Arby's i've learned these skills. The Management here needs work because of issues in shift management sometimes not receiving a shift two weeks in a row, this definately needs work! The hardest part of this job is trying to adapt to this kind of fast paced enviroment.
