It was okay if you want a lot of hours. Most of the other employees were good others not so much. Pretty clean environment. Good first job because it only gets a little busy.

Great if you never want to change positions. Hours are ok but if you are not friends with who makes the schedule you'll never get more hours. Don't expect to ever advance .

The people at Arby’s are the only thing making me want to stay. A good 95% of them are very nice and very welcoming, but management could use a couple changes. Honestly, the franchisee was the main problem. He cut hours trying to make people quit rather than trying to make other adjustments like moving employees to the other Arby’s (which he also owns) for example. Other than that, Arby’s was an amazing place to work.

a fun place to work

the managements are friendly, most of them are chill make our job easier. Also most of staff there are nice. I cant think a bad thing to say about Arby's unless they recently cut down our hours. other than that, Arby's is a Rock for level entry job.

Great first job experience

This job was a perfect starting point for a first job. I got the job when I was sixteen and was there for four years. I absolutely loved it and thought it was relatively easy to learn and train. The initial training process is very well done and they always keep tabs on your menu knowledge. The management staff is very efficient and you will not go unnoticed! The cleanliness of the store had always fascinated me. We have always kept the store in tip-top shape and always satisfied our customers.

The management has a lot of problems at the moment, couple months ago they lost all their managers because of the GM. The management at Arby's are incompetent and lazy. since then the GM got 2 new managers and they've been training for over 3 months! ( i got 2 weeks ) regardless the job itself was quite simple but the management...

Great job for students. Flexible shifts

Full/Part Time employees are friendly, helpful, nice to work with. Can be stressful at real busy times, but is satisfying. Variety of shifts available

Pros

Meeting great customers, Variety of positions to work. 50% off food during shifts worked.

Cons

Some days can be very hectic and stressful when really busy. You have to be able to stay focused, and keep calm.

Fast Food Just Wasn't For Me!

I really did like working there it was overall a great first job experience. They were flexible with my hours, and they were strict but in a good way.

Pros

50% off before, during or after a shift and 10% any other time.

Cons

New people are always stuck with fryers.

Productive average day

A typical day at work consists of a few interactions with some regulars that come in on a daily and sometimes dealing with lunch and dinner rushes. Overall a good experience day to day.
