They should learn how to do their jobs properly and actually act like a leader rather than someone who sits in an office and points what to do with no knowledge of how your job is done or how much it takes to complete your job. They should also follow their own rules such as no tolerance for stealing or bullying, as people would drink on job, steal from fridges or customers, and bully with no repercussions

More supervision of unit managers at the DM level to ensure they follow the procedures that Aramark has in place.

Need to review another employees because some workers just horseplay 24/7 and don't get written up
Fire the entire management team in that building, including the supervisors, they are unapproachable, rude, abusive and terrible people who have no regard for employees or residents.
