Amazing job
Prior to the pandemic, while I loved working at the arena, the nepotism in the building was a big problem. There was no attempts to hide it, everyone's child was hired and moved up the moment they were old enough. However, recent news has come out with new rules against that and the managers responsible for it are no longer employed. It's a huge relief. I'm so excited to get back to work and I'm excited to see how the new changed with impact the work environment there. I feel that the company is changing for the better and I hope this is the case. I can't wait to start working again.
