Great when you get a job done as you feel you did something, getting support from management is poor and a figure it out yourself attitude if not what you expected
My most challenging role at Aquatech is learning all the new equipment, but the management team is helping me thru this.
They really encourage and challenge you to take on new things, go outside your comfort zone, and offer your opinion on things openly. This was something i was never comfortable with, being outside my comfort zone and it really in the end allowed me not only the growth in my job but also in my personal life.
