Dynamic and fun place to work at

Approval Team is a fun group of young people that inspire and motivate each other. All managers are very young as well.Working there is not stressful at all, it is very easy to communicate with upper management. Would recommend 10/10

Scammers - You will not be paid - Stay Away from

Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Dundas St Mississauga - 1 July 2019

This company is a scam, last time they were named Approval Team Canada, but they use a few other names. Basically you are guaranteed $1200 every two weeks, however what they won't tell you is that only way you will get that is if you have 8 sales per month, unless you get those 8 you will get $0. If you exceed 8 you will get $100 per sale which is very minimal. As a sales person, your job will be soliciting low income families, and promising them a loan and a dream car they can't afford. Interest rates are 20%-22% so you know most of them will default on payments, and that is your goal since then both company and you get bonuses. Your job is basically selling poor people cars they can't afford and hoping they won't make their payments. If you can stay away from this company,they will not pay you and you will spend an entire month working for free.
