It’s alright
To start, teammates are friendly which is nice. Working from home is a great bonus that not many companies offer and there is a sense of independence day to day. The job description is straight forward and simple. But. Pay is low however and for a company that wants to improve the lives of others - some (if not many) of their employees can’t afford current living costs. Payroll Specialist in Kitchener, ON

Toxic
Avoid at all costs. Top talent is driven away but empty promises and mismanaged priorities. Turnover is ridiculously high resulting in nothing ever being accomplished. The only people who stay are the brothers “yes” people Content Research Specialist in Kitchener, ON

Very repetitive work for low pay in toxic environment
The work is very repetitive day in and day out for low pay. Basically searching Canadian college admissions standards (which are all very low). Work environment is also quite toxic, typical of, but worse than other startups. Management is out of touch and not good at running the company. People & Culture Coordinator in Kitchener, ON

Very Toxic Environment
Very toxic workplace. I worked in HR and don't recommend it to anyone to work for this company. They take advantage of people and don't care about their career growth.Customer Service Specialist in Kitchener, ON

unfair salary and poor management
The good thing is the option of working from home. Although it's a growing company, it's very hard to get promoted in the company. Management is weak and CX leaders are under qualified. What would you say about your employer?

Interview questions
Many questions and long process. They also ask for a presentation. After all of that and if you pass , you start working in a very unhealthy environment. They try hard in social media to make it a great place to work with friendly staff, still the reality is the complete opposite.
