Had a rough time

I was not good at meeting sales expectations at all. In the beginning phase of my low results, I could have used more support and got very little. Management isn't all bad; they don't have a great support system for people struggling. Scheduling is rough if you're a student. I appreciate every other aspect, such as a diverse workplace full of some of the most amazing people I have ever met. The benefits are also pretty good, and overall employee treatment is decent.

Great company

Great pay for a retail position with many staying at the company for 10 years+. Requires a very flexible schedule as you are expected to work nights and weekends. Benefits, stock options and discounts etc are a great bonus to working at Apple.

good for short term

benefits are great, however, there is almost NO career development or advancement. you have to interview for your own promotion. the interview carries more weight than your results when it comes to promotions or career advancements. unhealthy politics, and can be a very toxic environment.

No room for advancement. Stress with new things from carrier all the time. Being told to do more work to get exceeding expectations. Lead experience with no extra pay. I expect more from the company!

Environnement stressant et stimulant
Somme toute, il y a une belle culture d'entreprise chez Apple. Nous sommes bien encadrés et une formation continue est donnée aux employés. Les salaires et avantages sociaux sont exceptionnels, voire même meilleurs qu'ailleurs pour le travail effectué. Le niveau de stress est considérable : il y a constamment des centaines de clients dans le magasin et les attentes de l'entreprise sont très élevées. Aucune balance vie professionnelle/personnelle, car l'horaire change à chaque semaine. C'est difficile avoir 2 jours de congé collés.

The team is amazing, we work hard and play hard. When we meet the challenge , we can work out the solution as a team. If you want to grow with Apple, you need to contribute 200% efforts, as Apple believes that employees drive their development.

The culture that is presented in the onboarding is not consistent to on the floor culture. Great pay - tons of micro-managing. Lots of change management and as a result development plans get left to the sideline.
