Does Apple (Corporate) include credit screening in their background check process? I know this is mostly illegal in the state of CA but one exception to the rule is that companies can credit screen employees who are applying for "positions that involves access to confidential or proprietary information or trade secret". That can be very broad, and I'm guessing Apple could argue that all of their employees have access to proprietary information. I'm looking for someone who has actually gone through this process with Apple corporate - did they include credit screening in the check?
