There are some perks and benefits. However, they are fairly average compared to some other pharmaceutical companies. Also, the perks vary a lot across different departments. For example, people working at the same level can find a big difference in the annual bonus amount provided, depending upon the department in which you work. Some people get overtime pay, while others do not. This is confusing and unfair. The rates for compensation and perks/benefits should be streamlined so that all employees working at the same level receive exactly the same benefits.
