Aon has great health benefits, pension and flexible working hours. They're great at leaving you to work how you like to work and don't care too much how you get the job done, just as long as it gets done. The global company has some great policies in place such as tuition reimbursement and continuing education support.
The biggest issue with Aon - more... is they do not have any training in place at all, and have no idea how to give training. You are thrown to the wolves and then get frowned upon for not knowing how to do something.
