Este trabajo requiere perfiles 70% ventas 30% reclutadores, la capacitación es mínima, la presión por cumplimiento de cumplimientos es excesiva en ocasiones.
El trato hacia los empleados puede mejorar.

Very good company. Very good work environment. Boss is cool. His temperament is awesome. His Business atiqates is superb. God bless every employee to have such a boss so that we can grow in future. Director is a great leader and he leads by example thats what unique about Antal.

Work at Antal is one of my most cherished experience as i learned a lot working with my peers and managers.
Work starts at 9:30am till 7:00pm, starrting with reviewing of the back logs from yesterdays to planning on todays work.
I have meetings with my reporting manager on what i will be implementing that particular day.
The management is vey employee oriented in every aspect.
The most challenging part of the job is uncontrollable circumstances such as a candidate dropping out of interview at the last minute and then having to convey that to the client.
The most enjoyable part is when i accomplish the days goals.
