Busy, long hours, but excellent people!

The summers can be incredibly busy, but the staff and sense of community make Angus Glen a really good environment to work in. The upper management are down to earth and help pitch in when needed, and there's opportunity for growth and professional development if you work hard and show initiative.

Review

Salary rarely increases, when start was over minimum however with minimum increases wage did not increase, therefore became about minimum. Hours were long and busy however often made shift go by faster. Coworkers were generally enjoyable to work with can be fun after guests leave. Most management was nice, respectful and understanding with the exception of a few.

Missed my paycheck twice in a row!

The management are great people and very respectful. However if you get hired as a tournament assistant/operations manager, all you will be doing is running and washing carts. Lots of labour and being on your feet all day. There are about 200+ carts a day when you close. Not alot of time between shifts so you get very little sleep.
