The work is simple and involves dealing directly with customers. Overall, it is an enjoyable place to work. In this job, I learned to be more patient when dealing with seniors, those with disabilities, and stressed out customers. Though it is normal to have upset customers voice their complaints, you have to stay strong and maintain excellent customer service. Sometimes it can be a challenge when it gets busy, but co-workers are always there to provide support.
The management is very accommodating when employees need to take time off for personal reasons. Our shifts are quite flexible. This company treats everyone equally. The manager and staff get along well together. She is open minded and always welcomes suggestions from staff. The result is a happier and more productive workplace

This position works for entry level of customer service labours, as you can learn a lot from daily communications with collies and customers. However, the management is too harsh to its employees. Once they need you to work, they will keep you working like a gear without proper consideration of personal needs. Also, this job is not recommended for people who has strong family ties, because this job need you to work primary on weekends, which is important to everyone who needs family hours.
