    Poor working and life balance
    It was very busy, especially in peak season. There is no over-time paid. Benefits are poor, only two weeks vocation and managers prefer to pay cash for your vocation.

    Relaxed work environment but highly unorganized
    Everyday was something different, there was no real structure to the day. Management held semi weekly meetings with the warehouse crew to discuses changes they wanted which was nice.
