Miracle ear says they care about their clients but the truth is they only care about their clients wallets. Upper management is disgraceful. Everyone has a different answer to your question, if an answer at all. They aren't organized and make changes without informing employees. They never congratulate on achievements but only point out and focus on the downfalls. Training is disorganized and done by fellow employees who aren't following procedures themselves. No opportunity for advancement or raise. Yearly performance reviews don't mean a thing. This company is a joke, you're better off working somewhere else!
