I was never asked to do one when I worked for them but I agree everyone deserves a second chance and yes if you want a job done or not is my attitude also people who have gotten in trouble with the law at some point in their life have pid their debt to society and they should be allowed to at least be able to get a friggin job to support themselves and their family instead of going on assistance like welfare or disability I feel that people wither or not they've committed a crime at some point in their life should be able to get a job instead of being rejected and forced to live off of assistance I strongly feel that is just not right.
Like most moving companies, police checks are usually requested. Reliability checks for hire clearance for certain contract requirements. You would hope all or most of personnel would be checked & cleared.

Its up to them i think i didnt. way i look at it want a worker or not. you want a job done or not. guy that been bad before in life probaly better then that lazy school kid that would never fit into a hard job. undrstand you work sometimes with out dinner little ones. and in the moving hope your love one loves you and doesnt leave.
