Side effects are burn out. Loss of precious time with your loved ones , damage to your self esteem, and PTSD from constant bullying from management.

Working as Director of care and able to provide leadership and mentor the nursing team. Good work life balance.

productive and very plesant place to work

AT time it's very busy with more than 150 resident's living in the building. however, working at Amica is like working with family. Administration and working with the staff is always amazing. very supportive and positive place to work with full scope to practice.
