Fun place to work
Good place to work. Love the residents. Some of the management shouldn’t be in positions of authority. Staff are really nice and the residents are amazing.

They do not follow their own values.
Unorganized, demanding job, zero positivity, only negative, management is so out of touch. Workload is extreme. Too many patients for little nursing staff. No support from DOW. Suggestions get shot down. Management only cares about MONEY, not the patients.

A caring environment
I have worked at Amica for seven years it is a great place to work. I feel like I belong.I feel appreciated by the residents and my coworkers. I was off sick for a few days and when I went back to work one of my coworkers ran up to me and said I am so happy that you are back.
