Lift Truck Operator (Former Employee) – Taber, AB – 9 May 2018
Your shift starts with a meeting and handing out the jobs. There is usually at least one broken machine and 2 or 3 machines which feel too slow to get the job done. There are a lot of tempers in the wrong places which causes a walk on eggshells kind of atmosphere where people prefer to keep silent rather than voice their opinion. The most difficult part of the job is the frustration of constantly being told it isn't in the budget. I can't say it's a good idea to work here unless things change.
decently good coworkers, can choose to take overtime shifts
machines often broken, feels like a corporate doesn't care place
