Your shift starts with a meeting and handing out the jobs. There is usually at least one broken machine and 2 or 3 machines which feel too slow to get the job done. There are a lot of tempers in the wrong places which causes a walk on eggshells kind of atmosphere where people prefer to keep silent rather than voice their opinion. The most difficult - more... part of the job is the frustration of constantly being told it isn't in the budget. I can't say it's a good idea to work here unless things change. - less
Prosdecently good coworkers, can choose to take overtime shifts
Consmachines often broken, feels like a corporate doesn't care place
