What is the culture of this company was one of collaborative support that allowed management Staff to thrive and succeed. However It is very clearly a culture of Me me me. The General worker also believes the management is not there for their support but rather Their reprimanding

No free time
Mixer Operator (General Labourer) (Former Employee) - Belleville, ON - 17 February 2022
You work enough to never really see your family and never get more than 6 hours of sleep. Also they will schedule you to work on a weekend after working the whole week, but they won’t let you book a vacation on the weekend. There will be penalties for missing weekend shifts, so you can count on never having time to yourself without fear of losing your job pretty much.
Pros
Free sugar-loaded iced tea, The hot chocolate is actually decent though, Oh and you get a box of chocolates as a “Christmas” bonus.
Cons
Some shifts will be busy from start to end, and very stressful; other shifts everything will be down and you’re expected to deep clean, which can sometime go on for weeks at a time.

Nasty
Line Operator (Current Employee) - Belleville, ON - 10 May 2020
Don't work here, only take a job if you are stuck but keep looking for something else. you will be told you must work overtime whether you can or want to. Management are poison.

Toxic
Anonymous (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 6 May 2020
Very toxic. There are many departments in which bullying is taking place. When it is brought up to HR nothing is ever done. In a few cases I’ve actually witnessed the bully being promoted. Many employees are in therapy due to stress.

Temp
Temporary Worker (Former Employee) - Belleville, ON - 6 December 2017
Don't go work here as a temp, they will let you go hard worker or not without 48 notice. Some of the people here where very genuine except for most of the older people they where very rude to us " temporary " workers.

I had to work 3 rotating shifts which rotates every week.
Production Assistant (Former Employee) - Crockett, CA - 21 November 2012
The pay was very good. But working on 3 rotating shifts was not good for my health. You may not be fully adjusted to the work hours whenever shift rotates and the job requires to be alert because I was handling machines that can be dangerous if you are not alert.
Pros
good money.
Cons
requires 100% alertness when operating those machines.
