You need to be patient and work hard. This job takes time to build up. If you have a job, I recommend you keep it until you build up your cliental with AIL. The benefits are charged back to you but they are very good.

Great training but tough commision based structure
Don't go for it if you're not willing to invest the 1st year time and savings till your skills and sales curve start to pay off...very risky! training is great!
