Good management, poor leads
They talk about warm leads & easy sales which is not at all true. You will get a lead pack , half of them are old and contacted multiple times. Rest half leads has no idea what they signed up for. Very challenging but rewarding
This job changed my life, you really have to be ready to face a lot of your fears with this job when it comes to working strictly commission based salary and having uncomfortable conversations with people.

not bad, not great
definitely not what I signed up for. was told and thought that I was being hired into management but the structure of the company has everyone selling there product. if u leave your pride and conscience at the door and work hard....... really hard then you will be successful.Sales Agent in toronto canada
