Poor Management. Terrible leads and they'll cut you loose.
Traboulay couldn't even book appointments on the phone, yet he expects you to land sales or he fires you.

Not a great environment
This revolves around how much you push insurance at families and how well you are trained to do so. Getting into people's houses with a free child safe kit/will kit and pushing them to decide right away.
