Why are agents saying "long hours"? Don't you set your own?

6 answers

  • Hours are unlimited and most often yield no reward.

  • You do set your own hours, but honestly even though you are working a lot of hours, much of it is done from your home or the car in preparing to meet clients.

  • My first year I worked 7 days per week to master my job and be successful. I would always expect to put in more time in the learning phase of a new position to become good at it. Most of those comments are probably from someone not willing to put in the time.

  • There are still quotas to meet. You set your own appointments, but they make sure you're at the office booking those appointments unless you make enough money.

  • In order to have the results that you want. You will have to set a lot of your time aside for this job.

  • You will always hustle
