Leads are new if they like you.
Leads are old and stale if they don’t see potential in you.
Bad they lead you to believe they only supply unions. They scam their way in, the people in the unions don't want anything to do with them. Then they trick them into giving family and friends names.
Then you hound the family and friends. They throw out the Family and Friends names to the person they are trying to sell to. Makes it sound more legit. Probably illegal to even give out their names. The whole situation cries Scam!!

Leads are only marginally helpful.
My friend and I are working with AIL. He was able to select the area he wanted all his leads to come from. He wants to stay in St. Thomas. You will obviously have more oppertunity if you allow a wider range, but he says most of his leads are very new - last few months. There are a few that are a year old as they are short staffed. One of the reasons they want more people to work. I personally just started the courses. All the reviews I read are common sense. It's self employment. It's not all rainbows and butterflies. You are "investing" in yourself prior to making a pay. Hope this helps
