5 days per week 8 hours per day is what is expected. Which days are up to the agent but weekends are the busiest. In my first year I worked a different schedule around my family commitments and worked 7 days per week to ensure that I learned how to do my job properly and be successful. This was my choice as an experienced business owner! Mon/wed 12-9 tues/thurs 9-3 fri 12-4 sat 10-2 sun 10-2 after 6 months I stopped working sundays and after the first year I got good at my job and no longer work weekends. Your schedule is determined by your effort!

Whenever you want. Standard day is 8 hours a day, but you are not held to that if you accomplish your personal and professional targets for the week. And if you want to work more than no one is stopping you.

Typical day starts from 9am till 9pm. You can choose the number of hours you stay on the field based on appointments you set with the clients.
