Working Environment is very good But I believe change in style of Management is necessary
DevOps/SysOps Engineer (Former Employee) –  CA11 February 2019
Colleagues are really helpful and working and coordinating with other teams is really easy and you would love working here. The only thing that I believe Amdocs can improve is by changing the style of management and adopt some of qualities there which most of the startups are using..

Nepotism and regional biased mediocre workplace
Software Developer (Advanced) (Current Employee) –  Vancouver, BC24 October 2018
If you are good technically not a good place to work. Almost all the divisions are full of mediocre people who are looking for people from same geographical region and sycophants.
If you really want to build something this is not a place to be.
If your definition of enjoyment is, lurking around the office doing nothing or less every day and slog (doing some operational menial job) and work for no compensation on weekends and not to ask for it in the fear that they will send you back home and be busy with buttering your superiors, do dirty politics to stay on top, find your regional group and create teams then this is a place.
You will find many small groups such as a team full of Gujratis or Keralites or Andhra or Punjabis or Haryana (different geographical regions of India). And they manage to maintain this even in offices in the US, Canada, UK or Australia etc.
Pros
If you belong to one of the geographical region and a sycophant then you can enjoy
Cons
Long Hours, Unpredictable

basically if Amdocs purchases your company they sell it off within the next couple years, so you're always wondering when its your last day. The benefits and pay I had going in were good so it remained the same until my job was gone.

Amdocs prides itself on their delivery record and as such will go to great lengths to deliver a project. This at times is at the expense of the employees and is very difficult for their customers.
