The most enjoyable part of the job

I love how great their store is; how great their food is; and how great the pay rate is. What I don’t like about this job is how many hours they offer me. So far in the month of December, my supervisor only drops shifts for two to maybe three days a week, such as Sunday, Monday, and maybe even Saturday.

Flexibility

I've been working here for 1 1/2 years. In the beginning, it was good. There were shifts available, easily, to pick up. The camaraderie among shoppers was good, and the site manager did a good job of managing everything. . But now....it's a different culture. The biggest problem is there are too many shoppers and not enough shifts. Amazon continues to hire shoppers when they already have shoppers who want but cannot get shifts. There are certain shoppers there pretty much every day,, while others can barely get shifts. Some shoppers get raises, (mind you, they don't do more work than others while others) who work just as much, or more, don't get the same. Also, there are favorites and those shoppers management look out for.

Pros

Flexibility, benefits

Cons

lack of shifts, favoritism, culture

It’s an ok job. Nothing crazy

Overall it’s a good job. It’s also very flexible and you can choose the shifts you want to work. All you do is shop for people. Some orders can be big and stressful but managers are willing to help you also other co workers as well.

Flexible

Cons
